If you have purchased a QonQer, you may return it to us within 21 days. If there is no significant wear and tear or damage to the QonQer e-bike, we will refund the full amount to you.
Have you already used the QonQer? If this was less than 20 kilometres, we do not charge anything, but if it is more than 20 kilometres, we charge costs. You can find these in the General Purchase Conditions.
If the QonQer has any damage, this will be deducted from the purchase price. Of course, you will be informed about this first.
We advise you to keep the box in which you received the QonQer. This box prevents damage during transport. QonQer will not reimburse the delivery costs of the return shipment. If you’re not sure if the QonQer is a good fit for you, take it for a test ride first. Then you’ll know for sure that what you are buying is right for you!
A return period of 14 days applies here. The products will be credited to your account if we receive them back in their original packaging, and with the original labels if it concerns clothing. In all other cases, the returns will not be honoured. QonQer will not reimburse the delivery costs of the return shipment. The method of refund is the same as the way we received your payment.
